Chứng nhận bền vững giúp cải thiện năng suất hay mở rộng quy mô sản xuất? Bằng chứng từ các hệ thống cà phê chứng nhận tại Tây Nguyên, Việt Nam

Bài viết này nhằm mục đích phân tích thực trạng tình hình việc làm sinh viên tốt nghiệp (SVTN) của Trường Đại học Tây Nguyên giai đoạn 2023 – 2025, và giải pháp nâng cao tỷ lệ việc làm của SVNT. Để thực hiện nghiên cứu này chúng tôi đã sử dụng phương pháp khảo sát mô tả và phân tích xu hướng dữ liệu. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ SVTN có việc làm ở mức từ 84,4% đến 87,1%, tỷ lệ làm đúng chuyên ngành tăng từ 82,7% - 89,3%, thu nhập trung bình của sinh viên từ 5,6 triệu lên 6,7 triệu đồng/tháng. Trường Đại học Tây Nguyên đóng vai trò cung cấp nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao cho các tỉnh Tây Nguyên. Tuy nhiên, Nhà trường cần tăng cường thực hành, thực tế, đầu tư cơ sở vật chất và cập nhật chương trình đào tạo, … để rút ngắn khoảng cách giữa lý thuyết và thực tiễn, đáp ứng tốt hơn yêu cầu của thị trường lao động.
