Răng lạc chỗ trong xoang hàm là một trường hợp hiếm gặp. Bệnh nhân nữ, 9 tuổi, vào khoa Tai Mũi Họng- Bệnh viện Đa Khoa Vùng Tây Nguyên vì lý do chảy dịch mũi, nghẹt mũi, đau nhức vùng mặt bên trái kéo dài trên 3 tháng điều trị nội khoa nhiều đợt không đỡ, chụp CT Scanner hàm mặt kiểm tra thấy mờ xoang hàm bên trái, 1 mô xương nghi răng nằm lơ lửng trong lòng xoang hàm bên trái, được phẫu thuật nội soi mũi xoang lấy bệnh tích. Kết hợp giải phẫu bệnh cho kết quả chính xác là mô răng.
